The CCFCC Toronto and the CCFCC Oakville branches are proud to bring you the Canadian culinary salon and the Provincial Sysco Challenge. This Canadian culinary salon is the only CCFCC sanctioned and WACS-endorsed show held in Canada and will set the stage for any individual or team competing in the upcoming 2016 Culinary Olympics in October in Erfert, Germany. The judges panel consists of Master Chef Judson Simpson, Chef Simon Smotkowicz CCC , Master Chef Stafford DeCambra from the USA, Pastry Chef Clayton Folkers, Chef Don Gyurkovits, CCFCC National President and Cornelia Volino, Manager of CCFCC Bocuse d’Or Canada. These judges are all WACS certified and can give up and coming chefs and professionals alike the critics that can make the difference on a world stage. We will be also having cooking demonstration from our Canadian JR Olympic team from Niagara College and as well holding our Sysco challenge provincial qualifier for the National conference being held in May 2016 in Windsor at our national conference.
